Individual
You’ll have a preliminary discussion to define the topic or issue you’re interested in, along with the related goals and tasks. Based on this, we organize the main session, which can take various formats—ranging from analysis of a completed work to an actual photo shoot.
Each session lasts 3–4 hours.
Pricing:
- 1 session — 40,000֏
- 3 sessions — 100,000֏
- 6 sessions — 200,000֏
Additional expenses (studio and equipment rental, travel, stylist, hairdresser, etc.) are covered by the client.
Group
Fundamentals of Photography
This course provides a solid foundation for your future professional development in photography. You will study light, color, composition, camera structure and functions, photographic ethics, and more. In addition, you will gain a range of essential professional skills.
Group size: 8–10 participants.
The course consists of 20 sessions, each lasting 2 to 2.5 hours, held twice a week.

The cost of a lecture is negotiable and will depend on the specific circumstances, such as the audience’s age, number of participants, complexity of the material, need for additional equipment, final objective, and more.

“A bucket of love”
Sometime in October 2020, I got a call from my dear Sona, who also happened to be one of my students. It was around my birthday — right in the midst of the fourth war that we were all going through. Sona said she was coming to Stepanakert and that we had to meet.
Honestly, I don’t remember much from those days — but I recall how we met at the hospital’s emergency room. Sona came running from a distance, jumped into my arms, and clung to me like a baby monkey, refusing to let go. It felt like she was hugging me on behalf of all the people who couldn’t be there.
This notebook was a birthday present — made by my students, one of the unusual gifts I received for my fortieth. I also remember a rose from Ankhela, a box of buckwheat from Azat, a cake Aren brought from Yerevan (with a picture of a “Smerch” rocket tail and “Blojik” on it), and the evening we all gathered at Hovik and Zabel’s place — drinking and eating my birthday cake.
P.S. Luckily, Sona is light — otherwise, my old spine wouldn’t have survived that hug!
